- 5X8 telephone and email support
- Software updates via the secXtreme download area
- Offline updates for honeyBox® appliances which are operated in protected network segments without internet access (optional)
- Next Business Day Hardware Pre-Exchange (NBD) within Europe for hardware appliances (optional, not available for all models of hardware in all countries)
- Warranty extensions for the replacement of defective hardware within Europe (optional)
- The possibility to remove and keep (optional) the hard disk or the flash disk in order to return defective hardware.
- Advice and support with security incidents, e.g. IT forensics (according to cost)
